NVM got it sorted out.

Hello, I am new to this server, made my account and created a character but I can't move at all and my char is stuck at one place. Also when I try to restart the system message says: ''Your character is out of control now''. Any clues why?

you need to insert a pin of your choice and an e-mail address once you log in with your character
