tells me that the file is missing and the file is named laucher and if I change it to laucher.exe sme it keeps throwing the error

Hello can someone help me the thing is when I open the sagelaucher everything is fine but when I put the star the game button it doesn't open the game anyone know how that is arranged? Thank you
