I dont think it is new IP issue. I have static IP and faced the same issue with calendar changing from day 10 to day 1. Shame as it is a nice reward for players that are supporting the server.
My reset to day 1 happened yesterday 05/05/2020 30 minutes before server restart. I logged out from server 2.5 hours before the server restart, logged back 30 minutes before restart and when I checked calendar it was reset to day 1. That is the 2nd time that this happened to me. Never was able to complete the whole calendar.
I am happy to have a look into the issue if I would have source code for the calendar. If its java then I might be able to help.
