The rest of Epics Like Queen Ant or others are Retail. 6) The Loot for Bloody Karik is Balanced for the rates that we choose. 7) Yes there is Level Penalty , Start from 9 Level Difference.

I would say Single Dagger for Olympiad due to the critical damage. And Dual Dagger for Normal PvP Due to the fact that u already reaching max critical rate due to the full buffs

The chance is dynamic the higher is the enchant the less is the chance

The x15 Server have only 10 Antharas and 6 Valakas and 14 Baiums more than x25 Server this is nothing. Also we say this from the start of the server. That both of servers gonna merge this is because we don't make wipe on servers we always merge them!
