Pride of kamael gives m atk when it should not unless conditions are met

You see the ability specifies that you should not get m atk if you don't hold a rapier as the buff is not meant to be received with alternative weapons but is to be benefitted for compensating the lack of m atk in rapiers. it being viable on other weapons makes empower staves and acumen maces the only way to go for Soul Hounds

In the images the difference between no buff and buff. Also you see I got a magical staff.

It's something that is rarely fixed, but it should be the reason behind busted soul hound damage. 

You can check it by getting the buff with any non kamael weapon.

It is actually a description issue. It should not give p atk, but it gives m atk bonus with any weapon:

{p_physical_attack;{ancientsword;crossbow;rapier};10;per};{p_magical_attack;{all};10;per};{p_fatal_blow_rate;10;per}
